I will go back and talk about our curling weekend. We played well in playoffs but came up a bit short against the Morin team to keep going so we were finished Saturday afternoon. Still had a game on Sunday for the top of the "B", we won that so we will get a trophy at the wind up which is nice. Our team has improved so much since last year that we are all quite happy with the win. Saturday night I went to see "Remember Me" at the theatre with Denis and Linds and it was a really good movie. I really enjoyed it and would see it again.
Unfortunately Sunday I took a bit of a slight turn for the worst health wise. Couldn't seem to keep anything down for the next 3 days and also battling a major head cold along with migraines. It hasn't been a great week so far but hopefully with more rest I will be back to my old self.
Steve is almost done night shift.....YEAH, only 3 more to go. It's been hard not having him home at night especially with being so sick. Yesterday he surprised me at work with flowers and took me to Olive Garden for soup before heading off to work. Made my day/night! I'm so lucky to have him, love him soooo much.
We have mom's party coming up on Saturday and then the whole family is off to Red Deer on Sunday to spend the day with Mel. Hopefully I feel better so I can enjoy the weekend. It's going to be a good one. I'm also heading to a store named Chintz with Brig B on Saturday morning, going to check out some home decor. Will be good to visit with Brig and have some girl time and then it will be time to prepare for the party. Brig my sister is hosting (so nice of her) so will go and help her out.
Lindsay's starts Maternity leave as of the end of the school day on Friday.....YIPPEE, she is really excited to be off. Only about 6 weeks left to go until we meet the newest addition to the Charbonneau clan.
Tomorrow I have another doctors appt, this time should be able to for sure hear the heartbeat.....i will keep you posted!
